- Vegetables – Broccoli and brussel sprouts work well together because they are roughly the same size and shape which makes it cook evenly and makes eating it easier. That being said, feel free to add or substitute broccolini, string beans or asparagus. It you want to make this green veggie bake not so green, add or substitute cauliflower and/or grape or cherry tomatoes.
- Vidalia Onion – Adds a sweet oniony flavor. You can swap in red onion or yellow onion for a more pungent oniony taste.

Preparation
