Description
Chilean Sea Bass is naturally buttery and light. It needs nothing which makes this melt in your mouth fish super easy to prepare.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 pounds Chilean Sea Bass
- 1–2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt
- Lemon wedges for garnish and drizzling
Instructions
- Clean the fish and pat dry.
- Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Add the olive oil.
- When the olive oil is hot, place the fish in the pan and cook 4 minutes per side. You want it nicely browned and slightly opaque in the center.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
