Description

Chilean Sea Bass is naturally buttery and light. It needs nothing which makes this melt in your mouth fish super easy to prepare.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 pounds Chilean Sea Bass
  • 12 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Lemon wedges for garnish and drizzling

Instructions

  1. Clean the fish and pat dry.
  2. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  3. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Add the olive oil.
  4. When the olive oil is hot, place the fish in the pan and cook 4 minutes per side. You want it nicely browned and slightly opaque in the center.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges.
